Most of the time you start your ceremony 10-15 minutes after the invite time so that all the guests have an opportunity to get to the proper location and situated before the processional begins. It is always nice to offer a pre-ceremony cocktail for those guests that do arrive on time. Champagne is always a great choice, but if you decide to serve something non-alcoholic, iced tea or sparkling lemonade are wonderful too.
