Brooke Keegan Special Events is a full service, boutique planning and design studio. Specializing in destination weddings as well as working at many luxury venues across Southern California, Brooke and her team have secured themselves as a premier wedding and event planning company amongst the industry. Under the direction of Owner and Lead Planner and Designer, Brooke Keegan, her team works hard to highlight each couple’s unique interests and is there to help create the special moments and tend to every little detail. We concentrate on emphasizing each couple’s love story in every decision we make because we understand just how personal and important this day is. We honor our time with our clients and love creating exquisite, joyful, and unique events for the couple and their guests to cherish for a lifetime.

Brooke Keegan

Named a Top Wedding Planner by Harper's Bazaar, Brooke Keegan is known for producing original, innovative and uniquely detailed events. With her outstanding organizational skills and love of design, she has established a reputation of excellence in event management, flawless execution and visually stunning events. Brooke specializes in full service planning and production, design, destination weddings and multiple day events.

Brooke’s clients can trust with confidence that they will experience an exceptional planning process whilst exceeding their expectations. She has solid relationships with premier creative partners both nationally and internationally, ensuring that anyone she refers is at the top of their respected field. Her past events are testaments of the quality, detail and experience that make her successful. She has produced events for many A-List celebrities and has worked at many resorts, chateaux’s, private estates, and destinations throughout the world in her 14 years of experience.

Brooke was a Division 1 volleyball player at San Diego State University for three seasons and finished her final year at Concordia University where she graduated with dual degrees in Marketing and Management. Prior to doing events on her own, she pursued a professional career in the restaurant/hospitality industry.

Heather White

With years of experience planning weddings and social events, Heather White is confident in her ability to bring your idea to life while still staying true to your individual style and personality. Your wedding or event should feel like the best parts of each of you, only grander!

Heather’s strong organizational skills and love for detail allows her clients to feel relaxed and reassured that they will be treating their guests to an exceptional evening. Communication is the key to a successful planning experience and whether it is with the couple, event manager, outstanding vendors, or the venues itself, she prides herself in being able to keep everyone on track and informed for a seamless planning process. Heather works well under pressure and is able to create great solutions when faced with a challenge, especially in the heat of the moment.

After graduating from the University of California, Irvine, her professional career began at the Disneyland Resort, working in their special events and media department. Heather also spent years working in the hospitality industry locally and in New York City, planning weddings and events for corporate and A-list clients. Heather has also worked as a venue coordinator at some of the top wedding venues in Southern California.
